Date: August 14, 2010

The attorneys from the Law Offices of Frankel & Kershenbaum, LLC appeared on two Philadelphia radio programs in August 2010. Former television news personality turned attorney Dave Frankel and his law partner, Joshua M. Kershenbaum, appeared on the programs to discuss Special Education law.

The first broadcast aired Sunday, August 16 at 6:00 a.m. on 98.1 – WOGL.  Frankel and Kershenbaum appeared on The Philadelphia Agenda, hosted by KYW Newsradio reporter and suburban bureau chief, Brad Segall.  The attorneys discussed Special Education law and the recent heat-related death of 20-year-old Bryan Nevins, the severely autistic young resident of a Bucks County treatment facility who died after being left in a van as record-breaking temperatures soared into the upper 90’s.

Kershenbaum also discussed Special Education law and residential treatment facilities on Monday, August 23 on WHYY’s Voices in the Family, hosted by Dr. Dan Gottlieb. The broadcast aired live from Noon to 1:00 p.m. and listeners were invited to call in with their questions.
