Tom Davis is an attorney with Raffaele & Associates who focuses his practice on special education litigation, legal issues involving student discipline and representing victims of bullying. Tom’s duties include representing families of children with disabilities in all stages of dispute, from advocating at IEP meetings, Section 504 Plan meetings and disciplinary hearings to filing due process complaints with the Office for Dispute Resolution. Prior to entering the legal field, Tom worked as a Level II certified teacher in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, working firsthand with students in need of specially designed instruction and accommodations. After graduating from college, Tom completed the teaching intern program at Choate-Rosemary Hall in Wallingford, Connecticut. He uses his experience gained as a teacher to develop affective strategies in representation of his clients.
